DMW-Ministerin Susan Ople sagte, die L\u00f6hne w\u00fcrden insbesondere f\u00fcr Pflegekr\u00e4fte und Hausangestellte steigen, was 25.867 von insgesamt 147.940 in Taiwan arbeitenden philippinischen Arbeitnehmern betrifft.<\/p>\n<p>Allerdings ist die Lohnerh\u00f6hung nur f\u00fcr neu eingestellte, versetzte und wieder eingestellte Arbeitnehmer relevant. Diese Segmente ausl\u00e4ndischer Arbeitnehmer erhalten nun mindestens 20.000 Neue Taiwan-Dollar (NTD, 590 Euro) pro Monat, im Vergleich zu zuvor 17.000 (500 Euro). Taiwans Arbeitsministerium empfahl den Arbeitgebern au\u00dferdem, die L\u00f6hne f\u00fcr Arbeitnehmer nach drei und sechs Dienstjahren jeweils um 1.000 NTD = 30 Euro zu erh\u00f6hen, um die Arbeitnehmer aktiv zu binden. Frau Ople hofft, dass Haushaltsangestellte mit bestehenden Vertr\u00e4gen aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Leistungen auch in Zukunft von Lohnsteigerungen profitieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Sie versicherte zudem, dass die philippinischen Arbeitskr\u00e4fte im Ausland, die in N\u00e4he zu China leben und arbeiten, beispielsweise auf den Jinmen-Inseln, sicher sind. Die Besorgnis um ihre Sicherheit wurde durch Milit\u00e4r\u00fcbungen der chinesischen Armee in der N\u00e4he des taiwanesischen Gebiets und die allgemein wachsenden Spannungen zwischen China und Taiwan ausgel\u00f6st.
